The Cuatro Vientos Air Museum and the Association
of Friends of the Air Museum are trying to locate any aircraft with a view to
retrieving and restoring them. One in particular is known somewhere in León, but what

My name is Juan Suay Artal, I am a retired Merchant Navy captain. During my qualifying course in Madrid, I took the opportunity to gain my RACE private pilot's licence, my seniority is 30 June 1956 with number 3006 and I would like to get in touch with colleagues from that time and who, like me, are getting on a bit in years, but enjoyed our time with the Tigers. I wish to get in touch with veterans of the Ifni-Sahara campaigns (1957-58) and
Sahara campaign from 1970 to 1976 who might remember Air Force ground support operations
or operations in which the Legion collaborated with the Air Force or Air Mobile Forces.
Any other personal reminiscences of those campaigns will be gratefully received and I
