USAF Collision on land between F-104G and a F-102 of the USAF

A case that did not cause major problems, but never the less was one more incident that could have had serious consequences.

The 22 of April of 1969, at the end of night flight, one of the F104G’s that arrived at the end of his flight and  was changing from the runway to the taxi way collided with a F-102 of the USAF, that was stopped there with out parking lights that would have indicated its position.    

Thanks to the ability and fast reflexes of the pilot both aircraft suffered minimum damages.
